The short version
Right now this is a waitlist site. The only information we collect is what you type into the form: your name, your email, and the role you select. We use it to email you when ABA Hub launches and for nothing else. We never sell it. We never share it.
Who runs ABA Hub
ABA Hub is operated under the laws of the State of Florida. When this policy says “we” or “us,” it refers to the ABA Hub team.
What we collect today
When you join the waitlist, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The role you selected (parent, RBT, or BCBA)
That is it. We do not use trackers, advertising cookies, or analytics that follow you across other sites.
What we will collect when the app launches
- Your account details (name, email, language preference)
- Information you log inside the app, such as behaviors, moods, routines, and IEP goals
- Community posts you choose to make
- Messages you send to providers in the directory
- Conversations with the AI guide
- Payment information if you ever purchase optional add ons, processed by Stripe so we never see your card number
How we use it
- To deliver the app and its features to you
- To send you the launch email and product updates you choose to receive
- To improve ABA Hub over time
- To respond when you contact support
- To comply with the law when we are legally required to
What we never do
We never sell your data to advertisers.
We never share your data with data brokers.
We never use your data to train AI models.
We never share your child’s information with anyone outside your account.
Who handles your data
The platforms that help us run ABA Hub:
- Netlify hosts this website and stores waitlist submissions
- Firebase (Google Cloud) for account storage, authentication, and push notifications inside the app
- Stripe for any optional payments
- Algolia for search inside the app
Each of these vendors has its own privacy commitments. We vet them before connecting any of your information to them.
Children
ABA Hub is designed for parents and caregivers to use on behalf of their child. The account holder must be 18 or older. Information you log about your child is your responsibility to share or keep private. Children do not have their own accounts inside ABA Hub.
Your rights
You can:
- See everything we have about you
- Edit any of it
- Export all of it as a download
- Delete your entire account and every related record, at any time
To exercise any of these rights before the app launches, email privacy@abahub.app. We respond within seven days.
Where your data lives
Your data is stored on servers in the United States.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will email everyone on the waitlist at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Minor wording edits do not trigger a notice.
