These are the terms that govern your use of ABA Hub. By joining the waitlist or, later, creating an account, you accept them.
Who operates ABA Hub
ABA Hub is operated under the laws of the State of Florida.
What ABA Hub is
ABA Hub is an educational and wellness companion app. It helps families learn about Applied Behavior Analysis, track behaviors and goals, find providers, and connect with a moderated community. All educational content is reviewed by behavior analysts before it reaches you.
What ABA Hub is not
ABA Hub does not diagnose autism or any condition.
ABA Hub does not prescribe treatment.
ABA Hub does not replace clinical judgment or professional care.
The AI guide is informational only and does not give medical advice.
All treatment decisions stay with your child’s clinical team.
Your account
You need to be 18 or older to create an ABA Hub account. You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Tell us right away if you think someone else accessed your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use ABA Hub to harm anyone, including yourself or a child
- Post abusive, illegal, or harmful content in the community
- Reverse engineer the app or its content
- Resell access to other people
- Treat the AI guide as a substitute for your child’s clinical team
Community guidelines
The ABA Hub community is moderated daily. Posts that violate safety guidelines are removed. Repeated violations result in account suspension. We err on the side of safety, always.
Your content
Anything you create inside ABA Hub belongs to you. By posting in the community, you give us a limited license to display it to other members. You can delete anything you posted at any time, and we will remove it from the active app within 24 hours.
Our content
The courses, AI guide responses, app design, branding, and educational materials inside ABA Hub belong to ABA Hub. You can use them inside ABA Hub for personal and family purposes. You cannot copy or distribute them outside the app without our written permission.
Payments
The core ABA Hub experience is free for families. Optional add ons and booking payments may be available for purchase. Stripe processes booking and one time payments. Apple processes iOS subscriptions and charges the Apple ID used for the purchase.
If you buy an auto renewing subscription through Apple, it renews monthly unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel Apple subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings. Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases under its refund rules.
For Stripe payments made outside the App Store, refund requests are reviewed case by case within 30 days of purchase. Email support@abahub.app with the email address used at checkout.
Disclaimers
ABA Hub is provided as is. We do everything we can to keep it accurate and useful, but we cannot promise it will be error free or that it fits every family’s specific situation. Use it as one supportive tool inside your child’s broader care, never as a replacement for professional treatment.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, ABA Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ABA Hub.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute is resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami Dade County, Florida.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we do, we will email everyone on the waitlist at least 14 days before changes take effect.
